Commercial Dumpster and a House for Sale Sign

His Earthly Possessions after his Departure About 3 weeks ago one of our neighbors passed on I only saw him once as he was coming out of his drive way and I was driving by his home, the general believe was that he was sick, a hermitage or both. His abandoned landscape was and still is in very much need of care and attention, someone sporadic visit him and for the last year or more his Corvette its been seating in his driveway. Well, as we all know its a fact of life that everything that is now alive someday will die, and it was his turn about 3 weeks ago. I saw the customary announcement at our local Post Office, it also mention his age, (very young for this standards), his photo, they also mentioned that he went through a long time battle with this illness and more details. I knew right away it was him because, many changes took place in his home within the first week. Someone, pull curtains down, brought a commercial size dumpster, "House for Sale" sign by one of our local Realtor agent and a U-Haul small Van probably to haul whatever was of any value to that people. It was very sad to see that whatever that man kept as personal belongings dear to him were now in the dumpster and by now in the land field. Its a fact that the departure of a love one challenge our endurance, our emotions and most certainly our finances for within very short period of time everything has to be taking care of, and every single arrangement takes MONEY to achieve. My friends in my humble opinion is NEVER a good time to "Sign out" but, its always a good time to prepare yourself for the inevitable, have your Will done, your finances well defined, name a Trustee to take care of things the way you want them after you are gone, etc. But, most of all please, live your life in grace to the fullest and be grateful every minute for we do not know when or how we will have to sign out. Do you have Vintage Collections, Heirlooms or something of any monetary value sell it keep a percentage, pay your bills and enjoy the rest, travel, eat, enjoy your music, or your favorite hobby invest it in yourself so, none will fight over after you are gone. Soon enough, our STUFF will be in the dumpster and our home with a "House for Sale" sign.
